12月3日至12月5日,罗曼企业商学院以“蜕变成长 赢领终端”为主题对品牌销售部团队、市场部团队、出口部团队、工程部团队、设计部团队等进行了强化的系统培训,提升全员团队的终端销售能力和综合素质。导师团队由市场部、产品部、销售部的小伙伴构成,他们将实践中的经验知识分享给团队,与团队一起成长,其课程内容囊括了品牌文化、产品优势、品牌VI运用、终端如何操盘等等,为团队提供更多了解ROMANTIC品牌的角度,达到更好的销售效果。

一、得奖奖励:

1、评中者有机会免费参与2020年为期12天意大利游学之旅。

2、将在企业20周年庆典中颁发年度荣誉证书及奖杯。

二、评选原则:

1)遵循公平、公开、公正为原则;

2)评选过程中以数量化的业绩为准,并注重对客户优秀事迹的收集和验证;

3)参与评选客户必须为公司合同客户,否则不予参选资格;

4)在评选过程中不得因不达标而降低评选标准。
