大板瓷砖装卸物流标准

叉车标准
1、使用2吨以上叉车并用加长叉，叉长要求达到1.2米。

2、每次只能叉一托，竖向必须用加长叉，不同规格不可压放，不可放在小规格或不平整物体上方。

装车标准
1. 按要求打好简易托，确保产品完好无损，装车前拍照。

3. 装车叉车吨位与叉长需符合标准。

一
前期准备工作
首先我们要准备瓷砖粘结剂、瓷砖吸盘、瓷砖找平器（底座+找平楔子）、锯齿状抹灰器、灰勺、橡胶锤、靠尺、清洁工具等。

大板搬运
用瓷砖吸盘对大板瓷砖表面进行固定吸附，再使用移动固定支架进行加固，检查整体移动支架的稳定及牢靠性。将固定好的瓷砖轻轻翻转至背面，或将其移动到特制瓷砖防护移动支架上面，以等待刷瓷砖胶。

基面处理
清除基层浮灰、油等污渍，以免会影响瓷砖粘结剂的粘合度。基面内部必须维持保持平整，高低不平或表面粗糙的地方可以使用水泥砂浆抹平，同时充分湿润施工基面，防止空鼓。
Remove the base layer of floating ash, oil and other stains, so as not to affect the adhesion of the tile adhesive. The inside of the base surface must be kept flat, and the unevenness or rough surface can be smoothed with cement mortar, and the construction base surface is fully wetted to prevent empty drums.

调制瓷砖粘结剂
将瓷砖粘结剂与水4:1配置，用灰勺搅拌至润滑均匀，无明显块状或糊状结块，搅拌后的浆料静置5-10分钟后再稍加搅拌1-2分钟即可使用。
Arrange the tile adhesive and water 4:1, stir with a ash spoon until the lubrication is uniform, no obvious block or paste agglomeration, the stirred slurry is allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes and then stirred for 1-2 minutes. Ready to use.
五
涂抹瓷砖粘结剂
在地面均匀铺上一层瓷砖粘结剂，形成半干的一层，再次用瓷砖粘结剂填平表面凹凸处，厚度为0.5CM左右；适当条件下，可同时将瓷砖粘结剂均匀地抹在瓷砖背面，要求瓷砖粘结剂涂抹饱满。

瓷砖背涂时，需用齿状抹灰器均匀的将瓷砖粘结剂抹成条齿状。注意刮胶时基面与大板需朝同一方向刮齿纹，便于空气排出，避免瓷砖粘结剂空鼓而造成开裂脱落现象。

搬运铺贴
用强力吸盘将大板抬到施工面，平稳放置。大板的粘贴顺序为自内而外必须保证粘结剂的饱满度，避免出现空鼓现象。在大板粘贴时应使用适当规格的定位器保证留缝的宽度一致，大板瓷砖需用强力吸盘辅助下地。

The order of pasting the slabs is to ensure the fullness of the adhesive from the inside out to avoid the phenomenon of empty drums. 铺平压紧
将瓷砖平整地铺贴在基层上，使用橡胶锤将瓷砖拍实铺平，便于压实粘接剂。
The tile is laid flat on the base layer, and the tile is flattened with a rubber hammer to facilitate the compaction of the adhesive.
八
找平处理
在已定位好的大板边缘周围每60cm左右插入找平器底座，检验平整后插入找平楔子并夹紧找平器，调节相邻大板的表面平整度，并将大板间隙调整为2mm左右，以便后续美缝剂处理。

空鼓检查

十
砖面清洁
铺贴完成24小时后,可进行填缝施工,填缝应选用柔性或弹性材料填充。填缝剂固化后，用清洁巾清理多余的填缝剂，保持瓷砖表面清洁。
After 24 hours of paving, caulking can be carried out, and the caulking should be filled with flexible or elastic materials. After the sealant has cured, clean the excess sealant with a cleaning towel to keep the tile surface clean.
施工小贴士
Construction tips
1、大板铺贴时建议使用【瓷砖粘结剂】而非水泥，水泥铺贴容易造成空鼓现象。
It is recommended to use [tile adhesive] instead of cement when slabs are laid. Cement paving is easy to cause empty drums.
2、瓷砖粘结剂铺贴厚度以5-7毫米为宜，瓷砖粘结剂过厚容易导致后期脱落。
The thickness of the tile adhesive is preferably 5-7 mm, and the tile adhesive is too thick to cause the later fall off.
3、铺贴高度如超过7.2米，建议采用干挂法。
If the paving height is more than 7.2 meters, it is recommended to use the hanging method.
4、填缝建议使用美缝剂，这样会增加瓷砖的整体美观度，不会霉变。
